The Best Vanilla Ice Cream
On September 10, 2004, Carolyn & Jerry Anderson hosted their second "blind" tasting party. This time it was chocolate truffles and vanilla ice cream! Over 100 guests - all Greenwich residents from all over town - gave us their opinion. The evening began with a short lecture on chocolates and how to taste them by Dina Cheney of Cooking by Heart, www.CookingByHeart.com. Following the tabulations of ratings, we came up with the Best in each category.
